Your role will include resolving customer concerns quickly, ensuring utmost client satisfaction, and staying updated with product features to maintain the high standards of our store.

Located at Store , 7170 Devons Rd, Riviera Beach, FL 33404, you will have the opportunity to engage with customers directly, which may include minors. You'll handle cash and various payment methods, along with personal information and valuable store merchandise. As such, a review of criminal history is necessary for the safety of our customers and staff.

What You Will Do:
  • Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction through knowledgeable and friendly sales service.
  • Assist customers in person and over the phone, identifying their needs and recommending the best products and services.
  • Build strong and trustworthy relationships with our wholesale and retail customers.
  • Process sales transactions accurately following company policies.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
  • Maintain accurate work order files and formulas, and ensure products are pulled from the sales floor or warehouse correctly.
  • Tint and mix products to meet customer specifications.
  • Stock shelves, set up displays, and ensure the store is clean and organized.
  • Help with loading/unloading delivery trucks and assist in deliveries when needed.
  • Keep assigned areas in-stock and visually appealing.
  • Stay knowledgeable about available products and options.
  • Follow inventory control procedures and suggest sales improvement strategies.
Minimum Requirements:
  • At least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • Authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, comprehending, and communicating in both English and Spanish.
  • Able to frequently lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs and up to 70 lbs occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Willing to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • If you are a current Sherwin-Williams employee, you must have at least a meets expectations (3) rating on your latest performance appraisal.
  • If current to Sherwin-Williams, you must have completed all required HR Cloud eLearning courses.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • At least one (1) year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service role.
  • Experience selling paint and related products.
  • Previous experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
