As a Bilingual Customer Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in assisting both wholesale and retail customers at Sherwin-Williams. Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through effective sales interaction.
  • Identify customer needs and present appropriate Sherwin-Williams products and solutions.
  • Build and maintain trusting relationships with customers.
  • Accurately process sales transactions according to company policies.
  • Work towards achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate work order files and assist with inventory management.
  • Participate in product mixing and tinting as needed.
  • Support visual merchandising by stocking shelves and setting up displays.
  • Assist with deliveries, cleaning store equipment, and maintaining store organization.
  • Stay informed on product offerings and suggest improvements to sales.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • Authorized to work in the country without visa sponsorship.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, comprehending, and communicating in English and Spanish.
  • Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally, with or without accommodation.
  • Flexible availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • For internal candidates: must have a minimum performance rating.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in retail or customer service.
  • Experience in selling paint or related products.
  • Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment.
