Join our team as a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist, where your primary focus will be to assist both wholesale and retail customers with their needs regarding Sherwin-Williams products. You will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and providing tailored solutions. As a keyholder, you will also ensure the store meets high operational standards and contributes to store sales goals.
In this position, you will engage directly with customers, possibly including minors, and manage transactions involving cash and personal information. To protect our customers and staff, a review of your criminal history will be conducted.

Minimum Requirements: - Must be at least 18 years old.

- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
- Willing to work evenings and weekends as required.
Preferred Qualifications: - High School diploma or GED.
- One year of experience in customer service, retail, or delivery.
- Experience in selling paint or paint-related products.
- Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment.
