Responsibilities: - Deliver outstanding customer experiences throughout the loan or pawn process by educating clients and making personalized recommendations based on their financial needs.
- Manage customer accounts effectively by accepting payments and coordinating customer appointments.
- Achieve Company performance standards by fostering business partnerships, obtaining referrals, and actively participating in store and community events.
- Build strong customer relationships to drive new business, enhance store profitability, and strengthen brand loyalty.
- Accurately conduct vehicle appraisals using the assessment tools provided.
- Ensure precise entry and maintenance of customer information in the Point-of-Sale system.
- Adhere to Company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
- Maintain office security protocols, including proper opening and closing procedures, cash drawer management, and bank deposits.
- Adapt efficiently to a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks to meet individual and team performance goals.
- Utilize excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with customers and Team Members at all levels.
- Commit to a full-time work schedule with consistent in-person attendance, including limited Saturday hours (minimum of 40 hours per week).

Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional demeanor with both customers and peers.
- Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to enter data accurately.
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle available for work-related duties (mileage compensated).
- Proficient in using phone systems, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other computer applications.
- Minimum age of 18 required.
- Background check required, conducted in accordance with applicable law.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods, moving up to 25 pounds, and operating mechanical controls like a keyboard.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is essential for this role.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills: - Experience in check cashing, document verification, or money order processing.
- Prior experience with cash handling and cash drawer/vault management.
