Responsibilities: - Build strong connections with customers to foster lasting relationships that encourage repeat business.
- Review, validate, and process customer transactions accurately, including check cashing, money transfer, and customer payments.
- Maximize customer satisfaction by suggesting personalized financial services tailored to their needs.
- Accurately enter and maintain customer information in a Point-of-Sale (POS) system with integrity.
- Generate new business through effective inbound and outbound call campaigns.
- Support customer account management and collections by processing payments and overseeing customer appointments.
- Ensure the store maintains a clean and inviting appearance to enhance the customer experience.
- Adhere to office security protocols and execute proper opening and closing procedures, including managing the vault and cash drawer.
- Comply with Company policies and all relevant local, state, and federal regulations.
- Participate in continual training to stay updated on evolving products and processes.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple tasks to meet individual and team performance standards.
- Commit to a regular full-time work schedule, including weekends, totaling a minimum of 40 hours per week.
Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional demeanor with both customers and colleagues.
- Strong attention to detail with a proven ability to enter data accurately.
- Proficient in phone communication, Point of Sale systems, Microsoft Office, and other computer applications.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Background check required (following applicable laws).
- Physical capability to meet job demands, including standing for up to 90% of the time and moving up to 25 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills: - Experience in check cashing, document verification, or money order processing.
- Previous cash handling and vault management experience.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is an asset and may be necessary for specific locations.
