Key Responsibilities: - Develop strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Accurately process customer transactions, including check cashing, money transfers, and payments.
- Proactively assist customers with personalized financial services suited to their lifestyles.
- Enter and manage customer data accurately in our Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
- Engage in daily inbound and outbound call campaigns to generate new business.
- Support customer account management by handling payments and organizing customer appointments.
- Ensure the store is clean and inviting to enhance the customer experience.
- Follow security protocols and adhere to proper procedures during store opening and closing, including managing cash drawers and vaults.
- Uphold company policies and comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on products and processes.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks while meeting performance standards.
- Commit to a full-time schedule, including weekends, of at least 40 hours per week.
Qualifications: - Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional demeanor when interacting with customers and colleagues.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Proficient in handling phones, POS systems, Microsoft Office, and other computer applications.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Background check required.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of this role, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in check cashing and document verification.
- Prior cash handling experience.
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a personal vehicle for work-related tasks (mileage compensated).
