Key Responsibilities - Efficiently process customer orders and respond to inquiries in a dynamic call center using advanced technology.
- Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat.

- Become a knowledgeable product and solution expert. We provide the training necessary for you to confidently tackle product, pricing, and shipping queries.
Minimum Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
