Join Sherwin-Williams as a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist, where you will work closely with our wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service. In this role, you will answer inquiries about our high-quality product range and recommend appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
The position is located at Store , 5574 SW 8TH Street, Coral Gables.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering outstanding customer service through proactive engagement.
- Assisting customers in person and via phone by identifying their needs and showcasing relevant products.
- Building trustworthy relationships with both wholesale and retail customers.
- Processing sales transactions accurately in line with company protocols.
- Meeting and exceeding sales objectives consistently each month.
- Maintaining organized work order files and communicating effectively about product options.
- Loading/unloading delivery trucks and participating in deliveries as required.
- Keeping shelves stocked and store displays appealing and orderly.
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and enhancing store operations.
- Actively contributing ideas to improve sales performance.
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must meet the following minimum requirements:
- At least 18 years of age.
- Legally authorized to work in the country without sponsorship.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English and Spanish.
- Possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly and 70 lbs. on occasion.
- Willing and able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred qualifications include:
- A High School diploma or GED.
- A minimum of one year of experience in retail or customer service.
- Familiarity with paint and related products.
- Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
