As a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist at Sherwin-Williams, you will play a crucial role in assisting our wholesale and retail customers. Your primary responsibilities will involve understanding customer needs, answering inquiries about our high-quality paint and coating products, and providing tailored solutions that ensure customer satisfaction.

Working at Store , located at 1520 S Powerline Road Ste. D, Deerfield Beach FL 33442, you will be expected to:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Engage with customers in-person and via phone to assess their needs and recommend suitable products and services.
  • Build strong, productive relationships with both wholesale and retail clients.
  • Accurately process sales transactions according to company policies.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals consistently on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Maintain accurate work order files and product formulations.
  • Retrieve appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse.
  • Tint and mix products to meet customer specifications.
  • Restock shelves and create eye-catching displays to enhance store presentation.
  • Keep store equipment clean and functional.
  • Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks and making deliveries as required.
  • Ensure that designated areas are well-stocked and visually appealing.
  • Stay knowledgeable about our product offerings and communicate available options effectively.
  • Follow inventory control procedures diligently.
  • Propose and implement sales improvement strategies.
Minimum Requirements:
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Legally authorized to work in the country without any need for sponsorship.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, comprehending, and communicating in both English and Spanish.
  • A valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
  • Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Available for all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
  • If an internal candidate, must have a performance rating of at least meets expectations (3) on the last appraisal.
  • If internal, must have completed all required HR Cloud eLearning courses.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • At least one year of experience in retail, delivery, or customer service.
  • Prior experience in selling paint and paint-related products.
  • Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
