Minimum qualifications include:
- At least 18 years of age.
- Legally authorized to work without sponsorship.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in both English and Spanish.
- A valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
- Capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
- Availability to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred qualifications are:
- A High School diploma or GED.
- At least one year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service role.
- Experience in selling paint and related products.
- Familiarity with operating tinting and mixing equipment.
