As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at Sherwin-Williams, you will play a crucial role in assisting both wholesale and retail customers. Your responsibilities will include understanding customer needs, providing expert advice on Sherwin-Williams products, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. You will maintain a thorough knowledge of our product offerings to recommend the best solutions for every customer.

To excel in this position, you will need to promptly address any customer concerns and work towards maximizing client satisfaction while meeting and exceeding sales goals.

This role will involve interaction with a diverse customer base and come with responsibilities such as:
  • Delivering excellent sales service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Engaging with customers both in person and via phone to understand their requirements and present suitable products and services.
  • Building reliable and productive relationships with customers.
  • Accurately processing sales transactions in accordance with company policies.
  • Consistently meeting and achieving sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Maintaining organized work order files and accurate formulas.
  • Retrieving products from the sales floor or warehouse to fulfill customer orders.
  • Tinting and mixing products as per customer specifications.
  • Restocking shelves and setting up visually appealing displays.
  • Cleaning and maintaining store equipment.
  • Helping load and unload delivery trucks as needed.
  • Keeping assigned areas well-stocked and presentable.
  • Staying informed about product offerings and available options.
  • Complying with inventory control measures.
  • Contributing suggestions for improving sales performance.
Work locations include: Store , 851 E. Ridge Rd. Rochester, 1678 - 4400 Dewey Ave Rochester, 1054 - 2200 Penfield Rd. Penfield, and 1443 - 7387 Pittsford-Victor. You may also be required to work at other store locations within a 30-mile radius.

If you meet the following requirements:
  • At least 18 years old.
  • Legally authorized to work without the need for sponsorship.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in both English and Spanish.
  • Possess a valid driver's license.
  • Physically able to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Your experience in customer service and knowledge of paint and related products will set you apart. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, along with a minimum of one year in a retail or customer service role. Previous experience with tinting and mixing equipment is a plus.
