As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at Sherwin-Williams, you will play a vital role in assisting both wholesale and retail customers. This position involves direct contact with customers, which may include minors. You will handle cash, electronic equipment, personal information, and merchandise both under supervision and independently. Therefore, a review of criminal history is required to ensure the safety of our customers and staff.

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
  • Assist customers in person and over the phone to determine needs and present suitable products.
  • Build productive trust relationships with both wholesale and retail customers.
  • Process sales transactions accurately following company policies.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
  • Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
  • Pull products from the sales floor or warehouse as needed.
  • Tint and mix products according to customer specifications.
  • Stock shelves and set up displays effectively.
  • Clean store equipment and maintain a tidy environment.
  • Assist with deliveries and maintain in-stock areas.
  • Stay informed on products to assist customers effectively.
  • Comply with inventory control procedures.
  • Suggest improvements to enhance sales.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Legal authorization to work in the country without sponsorship.
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish.
  • Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally with or without accommodation.
  • Availability to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • At least one year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service role.
  • Previous experience selling paint and paint-related products.
  • Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
