Join our dynamic team as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative specializing in Spanish at Sherwin-Williams. In this role, you will work closely with both wholesale and retail customers, identifying their needs and providing expert advice about our top-quality products. Your focus will be on ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction while meeting sales goals.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to create a positive shopping experience.
  • Engage with customers both in person and over the phone to assess their needs and recommend suitable products.
  • Establish and maintain trustworthy relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Accurately process sales transactions in accordance with company policies.
  • Achieve sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Maintain organized work order files and accurate formulas.
  • Manage stock levels and set up attractive product displays.
  • Tint and mix products as required, adhering to customer specifications.
  • Support inventory management by complying with control procedures.
  • Propose initiatives to enhance sales and customer engagement.

Key Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Eligible to work in the country without the need for sponsorship.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in both English and Spanish.
  • Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and 70 lbs. on occasion, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required.
Preferred Experience:
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Minimum one year of experience in retail, delivery, or customer service.
  • Knowledge of paint and related products.
  • Experience with tinting and mixing equipment.
