As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to both wholesale and retail customers by understanding their needs, answering their queries about our products, and recommending the best solutions. You will be responsible for resolving customer concerns promptly to ensure maximum satisfaction while staying informed about product features and maintaining high quality and visual standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering top-notch customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Assisting customers in person and over the phone to determine their needs and present suitable products and services.
- Building trusted relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
- Processing sales transactions accurately following company policies and procedures.
- Achieving sales goals regularly on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Maintaining precise work order files and formulas.
- Pulling appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse.
- Tinting and mixing products to meet customer specifications as needed.
- Stocking shelves and setting up visually appealing displays.
- Cleaning store equipment and assisting in maintaining a tidy store environment.
- Loading and unloading delivery trucks, and assisting with deliveries when required.
- Ensuring assigned areas are always in-stock and visually presentable.
- Remaining knowledgeable about our products to suggest suitable options.
- Complying with inventory control procedures.
- Offering suggestions to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
Requirements: - Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- Legally authorized to work without requiring sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future.
- Proficient in reading, writing, comprehending, and communicating in both English and Spanish.
- Possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
- Able to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications: - High School diploma or GED.
- At least one (1) year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service position.
- Experience selling paint and paint-related products.
- Familiarity with operating tinting and mixing equipment.
