Location: This position is located at Store , 8450 E Broadway Blvd. Tucson, AZ 85710.
Key Responsibilities: - Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Assist customers both in-person and over the phone to determine their needs and present appropriate products.
- Build and maintain trustful relationships with both wholesale and retail customers.
- Accurately process sales transactions while following company policies.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
- Maintain accurate work order files and product formulas.
- Prepare and tint products according to customer specifications.
- Stock shelves, manage displays, and keep the store clean and organized.
- Load and unload delivery trucks as needed.
- Support inventory control and suggest improvements to sales strategies.
Minimum Requirements: - Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Legally authorized to work in the country without sponsorship.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in both English and Spanish.
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
- Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications: - Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
- High School diploma or GED.
- At least one year of experience in retail, delivery, or customer service.
- Experience with paint and related products.
- Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment.
