Minimum Requirements: - Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Legally authorized to work without sponsorship in the country of employment.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in both English and Spanish.
- A valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
- Availability to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications: - High School diploma or GED.
- Minimum one year of experience in retail or customer service.
- Experience in selling paint and related products.
- Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment.
