As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at Sherwin-Williams, you will play a vital role in assisting both wholesale and retail customers by identifying their needs, answering questions about our products, and recommending the best solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure customer satisfaction by promptly addressing any concerns and staying informed about our products' features. You will also be a key player in helping the store achieve its sales goals while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
This role involves direct contact with customers, including minors, and requires access to cash, electronic equipment, and other valuable items. To maintain a safe environment for everyone, we conduct a criminal history review.
You will be expected to work within 30 miles of Store , located at: 180 Waterman drive, Westbrook ME 04016.

Minimum Requirements: - Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.

- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications: - High School diploma or GED.
- Experience in customer service, retail, or delivery roles.
- Familiarity with paint and related products.
- Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
