Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish/English) Location: Holland, MI
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch) Onsite
Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000
Role Overview: We're seeking a
Bilingual Customer Service Representative who can provide exceptional support to our Spanish- and English-speaking clients and employees. You'll play a vital role in helping individuals with employment-related questions, onboarding, scheduling, and day-to-day communication.
Key Responsibilities: - Provide front-line customer service in both Spanish and English
- Assist employees and applicants with inquiries about applications, schedules, and general employment questions
- Support high-volume periods, including onboarding for new school district contracts
- Make outbound calls and respond to voicemails, emails, and walk-ins in a timely and friendly manner
- Use internal systems to track employee interactions and documentation
- Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced, supportive office environment
