Bilingual Customer Service Representative.
Location: 3130 Kilgore Road, Rancho Cordova, CA 95670
Duration: 6 months+ temp-to-hire.
Pay Rate: $20/hr on W2
Important Information: - Initial training will be conducted onsite; after training, you may work remotely.
- Work from home is allowed after training.
- Work schedule is from 9 AM to 6 PM PST.
- Bilingual fluency is required in English and one of the following languages: Spanish, Japanese, Thai, Laotian, Mandarin, Cantonese, Cambodian, Korean, Russian, Vietnamese, Tagalog, or Armenian.
- Equipment will be provided, but you must have a high-speed wired internet connection to work remotely.
JOB DESCRIPTION: - One year of experience in customer service or related fields.
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
- Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Demonstrated ability to follow procedures while meeting quality and production standards.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
- Able to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously.
- Team-oriented and capable of working independently.
- Preferred: Experience in health or human services dealing with the public in a call center environment.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Handle inbound 800-line calls and initiate outbound support calls, answering questions and directing callers to the appropriate resources when necessary.
- Assist beneficiaries with enrollment transactions as required.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of client programs, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with contract provisions relating to the position.
- Follow established policies and procedures relevant to the role.
