As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at Sherwin-Williams, you will play a crucial role in assisting our wholesale and retail customers. Your primary responsibility will be to understand their needs, answer inquiries about our diverse range of products, and suggest the perfect solutions to enhance their experience. You will also work to promptly resolve any customer concerns, ensuring maximum satisfaction while maintaining the highest quality and visual standards in our store.
Additionally, you will contribute to achieving excellent customer service while consistently meeting the store's sales goals. You will engage with customers in person and over the phone, demonstrating your ability to build trust and resolve issues effectively.
This position requires contact with customers, including minors, and access to cash, personal information, and store merchandise. Therefore, a review of criminal history is necessary for the safety of our customers and staff.

Job Responsibilities: - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Assist customers in person and over the phone by understanding their needs and presenting suitable products and services.
- Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
- Process sales transactions accurately in compliance with company policies.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
- Maintain accurate work order files and formulas.
- Pull products from the sales floor or warehouse when necessary.
- Tint and mix products according to customer specifications.
- Stock shelves and establish appealing displays.
- Clean store equipment and maintain a tidy store environment.
- Load and unload delivery trucks as needed.
- Assist with deliveries when required.
- Maintain assigned areas in an in-stock and presentable condition.
- Stay informed about our product offerings and discuss available options with customers.
- Comply with inventory control procedures and suggest improvements for sales.
Minimum Requirements: - Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Authorized to work in the country without sponsorship for an employment visa.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
- Must possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
- Able to retrieve materials from shelves and lift/carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
- Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications: - High School diploma or GED.
- At least one year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service.
- Previous experience in selling paint and related products.
- Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment.
