Join our team as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative and play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to both wholesale and retail customers. In this position, you will engage with customers to understand their needs, answer inquiries about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the best solutions tailored to their requirements.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through outstanding sales service.
- Assisting customers in person and over the phone by determining their needs and presenting suitable products and services.
- Building productive, trust-based relationships with customers.
- Accurately processing sales transactions in accordance with company policies.
- Meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
- Maintaining detailed work order files and product formulas.
- Retrieving products from the sales floor or warehouse and mixing them to customer specifications.
- Stocking shelves and creating captivating displays.
- Cleaning store equipment and assisting with deliveries as required.
- Keeping assigned areas well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Staying knowledgeable about product offerings and discussing available options with customers.
- Adhering to inventory control procedures and suggesting ways to improve sales.
To thrive in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Be legally authorized to work in your country without the need for sponsorship.
- Be proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English and Spanish.
- Hold a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
- Be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally.
- Be willing to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred qualifications include:
- A High School diploma or GED.
- At least one year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service roles.
- Experience selling paint and paint-related products.
- Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment.
