Join our team as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, where you'll engage with both wholesale and retail customers to assess their needs, provide answers regarding Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend tailored solutions. As a vital member of our store associates, you will be responsible for promptly addressing customer concerns and ensuring maximum satisfaction, while also staying informed about product features and maintaining our high standards.

Your role involves meeting the store's sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service. Additionally, this position may include contact with minors and access to various payment methods and store merchandise. To ensure the safety of our customers and staff, a review of your criminal history will be conducted.

The individual selected for this role will be expected to work at Store , located at: 6125 Broadway St Ste C, Pearland, TX .

  • Deliver outstanding customer service through excellent sales service.
  • Assist customers both in-person and over the phone by identifying their needs and presenting suitable products.
  • Build and maintain trustful relationships with customers.
  • Accurately process sales transactions in accordance with company policies.
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
  • Maintain meticulous records and formulas for orders.
  • Retrieve products from sales floors and warehouses as needed.
  • Mix and tint products to meet customer specifications.
  • Stock shelves and create appealing displays.
  • Ensure cleanliness and functionality of store equipment.
  • Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks.
  • Help with deliveries when required.
  • Keep assigned areas in-stock and presentable.
  • Remain up-to-date and knowledgeable about product offerings.
  • Adhere to inventory control procedures.
  • Propose ideas for sales improvements.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Legally authorized to work without sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English and Spanish.
  • Valid and unrestricted Driver's License is required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
  • Willingness to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • If current employee, must have a meets expectations performance rating.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • One year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service.
  • Experience in selling paint and related products.
  • Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment.
