Minimum Requirements: - Must be at least 18 years old.
- Legally authorized to work without sponsorship now or in the future.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English and Spanish.
- Valid and unrestricted Driver's License is required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
- Willingness to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
- If current employee, must have a meets expectations performance rating.
Preferred Qualifications: - High School diploma or GED.
- One year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service.
- Experience in selling paint and related products.
- Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment.
