As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through exceptional service
- Assist customers both in-person and over the phone
- Build trustful relationships with customers
- Accurately process sales transactions
- Achieve sales goals consistently
- Maintain organized work order files
- Prepare product displays and stock shelves
- Mix and tint products to meet customer specifications
- Load/unload delivery trucks as needed
- Stay knowledgeable about product offerings and options
- Comply with inventory control processes
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid authorization to work without sponsorship
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Valid, unrestricted Driver's License
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and 70 lbs. occasionally
- Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
- One year of experience in retail or customer service
- Experience selling paint and related products
- Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment
