As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at Sherwin-Williams, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer experiences by closely collaborating with both wholesale and retail clients. This position involves regular interaction with customers, which may include minors, along with access to cash, payment methods, and store merchandise. To ensure the safety and security of our customers, staff, and operations, a criminal history review is necessary.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Legally authorized to work without requiring visa sponsorship.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and 70 lbs. on occasion.
  • Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • At least one year of experience in retail, delivery, or customer service.
  • Previous experience in paint sales or related products.
  • Experience with tinting and mixing equipment.
