Position Summary:

We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at a fast-paced manufacturing company in New Berlin, WI. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish and have a strong background in customer service, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment. This individual will serve as a key point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support throughout the order process and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Pay: $19 - $22/hr
Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person (in both English and Spanish).
  • Process customer orders, returns, and quotes in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure on-time delivery and issue resolution.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
  • Provide product and service information and resolve any emerging problems.
  • Assist in preparing documentation such as invoices, packing slips, and shipping labels.
  • Translate internal communications and documents as needed.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts in the customer service process.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Pay Details: $19.00 to $22.00 per hour
