In this role, you will closely engage with customers to understand their needs, answer their questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend tailored solutions. Your responsibility will not only include addressing customer concerns promptly but also ensuring maximum satisfaction, all while staying informed about product features to maintain high quality and visual standards in our stores.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will have the chance to excel in customer service while helping your store meet its sales goals. This position involves interaction with customers, including minors, and requires handling cash, electronic payments, and store merchandise under both supervised and unsupervised conditions. To maintain a safe environment for all, a review of criminal history will be conducted.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining their needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
- Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
- Process sales transactions accurately and in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Follow and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
- Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
- Pull products from the sales floor or warehouse as necessary.
- Tint and mix products according to customer specifications.
- Stock shelves and set up displays.
- Maintain clean store equipment.
- Assist with the loading/unloading of delivery trucks and making deliveries when needed.
- Keep assigned areas in-stock and presentable.
- Stay knowledgeable about our product offerings and discuss available options with customers.
- Comply with inventory control procedures and suggest ways to improve sales.
Minimum Requirements: - Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country without needing sponsorship.
- Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish.
- Must be able to occasionally lift and carry up to 70 lbs.
- Must be willing to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications: - Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
- High School diploma or GED.
- At least one year of experience in retail or customer service.
- Experience selling paint and related products.
- Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
