As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at Sherwin-Williams, you will play a crucial role in assisting both wholesale and retail customers. Your primary responsibilities will include understanding customer needs, addressing inquiries regarding our range of products, and providing tailored solutions to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for resolving customer concerns swiftly and maintaining the store's high product and visual standards.
Your role will involve achieving sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service. You will be required to stay knowledgeable about our product features and uphold the ideal customer experience.

Key Responsibilities: - Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Assist customers both in-person and over the phone by determining their needs and recommending suitable products.
- Establish and maintain productive relationships with customers.
- Process sales transactions following company policies and procedures.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
- Maintain accurate work order files and product formulas.
- Prepare and mix products to fulfill customer specifications.
- Stock shelves, set up displays, and clean equipment as needed.
- Manage inventory and assist with deliveries when necessary.
- Suggest improvements for sales operations.
Minimum Requirements: - Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Authorized to work in the country without sponsorship.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
- Possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
- Willing to work evenings and weekends as required.
Preferred Qualifications: - High School diploma or GED.
- At least one year of experience in a retail or customer service environment.
- Experience in selling paint and related products.
- Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
