Job Description

Insight Global seeks a remote bilingual customer service rep, fluent in English and Japanese, for Sunday-Thursday, 4 PM-12:30 AM PST. Responsibilities include support, troubleshooting, proactive outreach, and relationship management. Experience in sales and customer service required.

Skills and Requirements

Fluency in both English and Japanese, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages - Both written and verbal.

Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales, customer service, or customer success role. - Customer service experience preferably in a technology environment. null
