What You Will Do: - Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Assist customers in person and over the phone by identifying their needs and presenting suitable products.
- Build strong relationships with both wholesale and retail customers.
- Accurately process sales transactions in line with company policies.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
- Maintain detailed work order files and formulas.
- Select appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse.
- Mix and tint products to meet customer specifications when necessary.
- Organize shelves and set up displays to create a welcoming environment.
- Ensure cleanliness of store equipment.
- Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks as needed.
- Support in making deliveries if required.
- Maintain an organized and presentable condition in assigned areas.
- Stay knowledgeable about products to assist customers with informed choices.
- Follow inventory control procedures diligently.
- Propose ideas that contribute to improving sales.
Minimum Requirements: - At least eighteen (18) years of age.
- Legally authorized to work in the country without needing sponsorship.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Spanish, both written and verbal.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
- Availability to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications: - Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in retail or customer service.
- Previous experience selling paint or paint-related products.
- Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
