As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll work closely with both wholesale and retail customers to identify their needs and provide expert guidance on Sherwin-Williams products. Your role will involve resolving customer concerns promptly to ensure maximum satisfaction while maintaining the high-quality visual standards of our products and store. You will also be responsible for hitting sales targets and keeping up-to-date with product features.

This position entails direct contact with customers, which may include minors, and you'll handle cash and electronic payments. The Company recognizes the importance of conducting a criminal history review to safeguard our operations and protect the safety of everyone involved.

The selected individual will be expected to operate within a 20-mile radius of Store , located at 334 Peirce St. Kingston PA 18704.

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
  • Assist customers in person and over the phone, determining their needs and presenting suitable products and services.
  • Build productive trust relationships with customers.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies.
  • Achieve sales goals regularly.
  • Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
  • Pull appropriate products from sales floor or warehouse.
  • Tint and mix products as per customer specifications.
  • Stock shelves and set up displays.
  • Clean store equipment.
  • Load/unload delivery trucks as needed.
  • Maintain in-stock and presentable assigned areas.
  • Remain knowledgeable about available products and options.
  • Comply with inventory control procedures.
  • Suggest ways to improve sales.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • Legally authorized to work in the country without sponsorship.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
  • Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • At least one year of experience in retail or customer service.
  • Previous experience selling paint and related products.
  • Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
