Salary: $21.44-$23.82 per hour / $43,200-$47,997 annually based on experience.

  • $1,500 sign-on bonus for candidates with a Personal Lines license-ask for more details.
  • $1,000 completion incentive after finishing training and orientation (approximately 6 months).
  • 10% evening differential for qualifying shifts.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • 12+ months of contact center or customer-facing service experience required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in BOTH English and Spanish.
  • Experience delivering exceptional customer service through expertise, active listening, and building trust.
  • Able to adapt and excel in a fast-paced, high-volume call center setting.
  • Eagerness to learn new skills and adapt to changes promptly.
  • Open to constructive feedback to enhance your performance.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
Education/Certifications:
  • An associate's degree or higher (preferred).
  • Active Personal Lines insurance license (preferred).
