The Role As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service in both English and Spanish. This position is based on-site in North Lauderdale, Florida. Your day-to-day responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, actively listening to customers, and effectively resolving issues.
We're Looking For - Proficiency in Spanish and English
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
- Over 18 years of age
- Ability to type 25 wpm
- High School Graduate or GED
- Comfort with desktop computer systems
- Proven oral and written communication skills
