We have a temp-to-hire opportunity with our partner company dedicated to preventing disease, attending to injury/disability, promoting health and well-being, and responding to disasters from a health perspective. Shift Details
- Pay: $15 per hour
- Monday 8 AM - 5 PM Tuesday 8 AM - 7 PM Wednesday - Thursday 8 AM - 5 PM Friday 8 AM - 12 PM
Requirements 6 months of customer service experience and oral and written fluency in English and Spanish
Bilingual Customer Service Representative responsibilities include communicating with the public, internal customers, and external customers, providing information and services targeted to meet customer needs, researching governing policies or laws to help resolve any issues with customers, making appointments, printing WIC vouchers, overseeing reports to create and maintain caseloads, and maintaining office supply inventory.
