As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at Sherwin-Williams, you'll work closely with both wholesale and retail customers to identify their needs, answer questions about our products, and recommend the best solutions. Minimum Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Authorized to work in the country without needing a sponsorship.
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish.
  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Be available to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • At least one year of experience in customer service or retail.
  • Experience in selling paint and related products.
  • Experience with tinting and mixing equipment.
