As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will engage with both wholesale and retail customers to assess their needs and provide insightful answers regarding our Sherwin-Williams products. Your role is crucial in resolving customer issues swiftly and ensuring their satisfaction while staying informed about product features to maintain high quality and visual standards in the store.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to achieve store sales goals.
  • Interacting with customers (including minors) and handling transactions securely.
  • Working at stores within a 10-mile radius of store 703696, located at: 63 Kent Towne Center, Chester MD 21619.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
  • Assist customers in person and via phone by identifying their needs and recommending suitable products and services.
  • Build strong relationships with retail and wholesale customers.
  • Process transactions accurately in line with company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of work orders and formulas.
  • Organize and display merchandise appropriately.
  • Keep the store equipment clean and assist with deliveries as needed.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge to discuss available options effectively.
  • Follow inventory control procedures and suggest sales improvement ideas.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country without requiring sponsorship.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Valid, unrestricted driver's license required.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently, and 70 lbs occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Willingness to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • At least one (1) year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service roles.
  • Prior experience selling paint and related products is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment is a plus.
