Responsibilities What You'll Do: - Assist Patients & Providers - Answer calls and emails, handle inquiries, and process payments
- Resolve Billing Issues - Help patients understand insurance, balances, and account detail
- Maintain Accurate Records - Document patient interactions and update billing systems Support Team Operations - Distribute mail, assist departments, and follow company procedures
- Ensure Compliance - Follow HIPAA and company policies to protect patient information
Qualifications What We're Looking for: Required: - Bilingual in Spanish & English (Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing)
- High School Diploma or GED
- Customer-focused attitude & excellent communication skills
Preferred: 1+ year of customer service, medical office, or call center experience
Experience with medical billing, insurance, or front desk operations
Familiarity with Windows-based computer systems
Work Environment & Physical Demands: - Office setting with extended periods of sitting.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
