As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be the frontline support for our wholesale and retail customers. You will help identify customer needs, answer inquiries about Sherwin-Williams products, and provide tailored recommendations to ensure customer satisfaction. Your role will also involve resolving any customer concerns promptly and maintaining a high standard of visual and product quality within our store. You will contribute to achieving sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service.
This position requires interaction with customers, including minors, and involves access to cash, payment methods, personal information, and valuable merchandise. Therefore, a review of criminal history is essential for safeguarding our business operations, clients, and employees.
The selected candidate will be expected to work at various stores within a 5-10 mile radius of store , located at: 2005 Mount Holly Rd., Burlington, NJ 08016.

Minimum Requirements: - At least 18 years of age.
- Legal authorization to work in the country without sponsorship.
- Proficient in reading, writing, comprehending, and communicating in English.
- Proficient in reading, writing, comprehending, and communicating in Spanish.
- Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications: - High School diploma or GED.
- At least one year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service.
- Previous experience selling paint and related products.
- Experience with tinting and mixing equipment is advantageous.
