Your main responsibilities will include:
- Delivering exceptional customer service by assisting clients in person and over the phone.
- Building strong trust relationships with customers while presenting appropriate products and solutions.
- Accurately processing sales transactions in compliance with company policies.
- Achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
- Maintaining organized work order files and formulas.
- Selecting and preparing products based on customer specifications.
- Keeping store displays stocked and visually appealing.
- Engaging in store maintenance and cleaning tasks as required.
This role also includes physical tasks, such as loading and unloading delivery trucks, and may require lifting and carrying items weighing up to 70 lbs. Additionally, staying informed about product features is essential to effectively assisting our customers.

Minimum Requirements: - Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country without needing sponsorship.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently, and up to 70 pounds on occasion.
- Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications: - Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
- High School diploma or GED.
- At least one (1) year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
- Experience selling paint and related products is a plus.
- Background in operating tinting and mixing equipment preferred.
