In this vital role, you will be the face of our retail stores, engaging with both wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs and provide expert advice on Sherwin-Williams products. Your goal will be to ensure top-notch customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly while also keeping informed about product features to maintain the quality and standards of our store.

Responsibilities include:
- Delivering exceptional customer service to foster satisfaction and loyalty.
- Assisting customers both in-store and over the phone by identifying their needs and presenting suitable products and services.
- Building trusting relationships with customers.
- Accurately processing sales transactions in line with policies.
- Meeting sales targets consistently, both monthly and quarterly.
- Maintaining organized work order files and precise formulas.
- Stocking shelves, setting up displays, and cleaning store equipment.
- Loading and unloading delivery trucks when necessary.
- Keeping assigned areas presentable and in-stock.
- Staying knowledgeable on offered products and discussing available options with customers.
- Complying with inventory control procedures.
- Suggesting improvements to enhance sales.
Minimum Requirements: - Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
- Must be authorized to work in the country without the need for sponsorship.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
- Must possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications: - High School diploma or GED.
- At least one (1) year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service.
- Experience in selling paint and related products.
- Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment.
