Under the guidance of the Business Development Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing the customer experience and driving business forward.

  • Enjoy a regular work schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with the possibility of very occasional overtime on weekends.
  • Receive competitive weekly pay, ranging from $18.50 to $20.00 per hour, depending on your experience.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Process orders and ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Communicate effectively with customers about product details, availability, and shipping information.
  • Assist in resolving back orders and maintaining inventory control.
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and shipping documents.
  • Update and manage customer data in our database.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Support collection activities for overdue accounts.
  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with customers and team members.
  • Ensure compliance with J-Sox regulations and international accounting practices.
What They Offer:

The work environment is climate-controlled, providing a comfortable setting for you to excel. While the office is generally quiet, expect a moderate noise level at times. Physical requirements include occasional lifting of up to 15 pounds and frequent use of a computer screen.

What You Bring to the Table:
  • A high school diploma or GED, with 2 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Proficiency in both Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in the automotive parts manufacturing industry is a plus.
  • Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Adaptability to a dynamic work environment.
