About the Role We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Member Services Representative to join our fast-paced call center team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for members, providing exceptional service and support over the phone. You'll assist with account inquiries, online banking, transactions, and more-ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.
Key Responsibilities
Answer 75-125 inbound calls daily in a courteous and professional manner.
Assist members with account inquiries, mobile banking, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and fraud concerns.
Identify member needs and recommend appropriate financial products or services.
Maintain accurate records of member interactions and document at least 30 direct member discussions monthly.
Navigate multiple systems and screens (up to 4 programs simultaneously) to resolve issues efficiently.
Participate in daily performance reviews and call evaluations to ensure service excellence.
Qualifications
Customer service experience required; financial industry experience is a plus.
Typing speed of 40+ WPM and strong computer proficiency.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and may receive a $0.50-$0.75/hour pay increase.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
