Customer Service Representative (bilingual).Position Summary: The Customer Service Representative (bilingual) engages customers via phone, email, and in person to promote and sell Rugby Architectural Building Products to both new and existing customers.

What You Will Do: - Complete all associated paperwork and routine progress reports as needed
- Communicate with customers through inbound and outbound phone calls
- Analyze the requests and choices of every customer and suggest suitable products
- Make efforts to achieve the short-term sales targets and improve goodwill of the organization
- Establish friendly relations with customers and maintain ongoing relations with the customers
What kind of Counter Sales and Customer Service Rep do we need? - 1+ years proven building material knowledge preferred
