Bilingual Customer Service Health Insurance Downtown Crossing
Hours: 9:00am- 5:00pm Monday- Friday
Pay: $20.00- $21.00 an hour
Responsibilities:
- Handle insurance program questions
- Data entry of phone conversations/ emails
Qualifications:
- Bilingual Spanish or Creole
- Customer Service experience in the Health Care industry
- Experience with Mass Health or any relatable health insurance industry
- Data entry
