Your Role - Manage customer orders and inquiries in a vibrant call center environment utilizing state-of-the-art technology.
- Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers in navigating Uline's website and online ordering system.
- Become a product and solutions expert. We'll ensure you have the resources needed to respond to product, pricing, and shipping inquiries swiftly and confidently.
What You Bring - High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
