Key Responsibilities: - Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Accurately review, validate, and process transactions such as check cashing and money transfers.
- Proactively ensure customer success by recommending personalized financial services suited to their needs.
- Input and maintain customer information accurately in a Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
- Generate new business through daily inbound and outbound call campaigns.
- Assist in managing customer accounts by tracking payments and appointments.
- Uphold cleanliness and presentation standards for an inviting store environment.
- Follow strict security protocols and execute detailed opening and closing procedures, including vault and cash drawer management.
- Adhere to company policies and local, state, and federal regulations.
- Engage in ongoing training to stay informed about our evolving products and processes.
- Efficiently manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while meeting performance goals.
- Maintain a full-time work schedule with regular, in-person attendance, including weekends, totaling at least 40 hours per week.
Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional demeanor when interacting with customers and colleagues.
- Attention to detail with the ability to enter data accurately.
- Comfortable using phones, Point of Sale systems, Microsoft Office, and other computer applications.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- A background check is required and will adhere to applicable law.
- Physical demands include standing for extended periods, lifting up to 25 pounds, moving throughout the store, and operating mechanical controls.
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in check cashing, document verification, or money order processing.
- Previous experience with cash handling and managing cash drawers or vaults.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a significant advantage and may be required at certain locations.
- A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle for work purposes (mileage reimbursed).
