Join our dynamic team as a Bilingual Customer Service Associate (Spanish) and play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our wholesale and retail customers. In this position, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs, answer their questions, and recommend the perfect Sherwin-Williams products to meet their requirements.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through outstanding sales service.
- Assisting customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
- Building strong, trust-based relationships with both wholesale and retail customers.
- Processing sales transactions accurately and adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
- Maintaining accurate work order files and formulas.
- Retrieving and preparing products from the sales floor or warehouse according to customer specifications.
- Stocking shelves and setting up eye-catching displays.
- Cleaning store equipment to maintain a professional environment.
- Loading and unloading delivery trucks, as well as assisting with deliveries as needed.
- Keeping designated areas clean, organized, and stocked.
- Staying knowledgeable about our extensive product range and actively discussing available options with customers.
- Following inventory control procedures and suggesting ways to improve sales.

Minimum Requirements: - Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future.
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
- Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
- Willingness to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications: - High School diploma or GED.
- At least one (1) year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service role.
- Experience selling paint and related products is a plus.
- Familiarity with operating tinting and mixing equipment.
