Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service through attentive sales interactions.
- Assist customers in person and over the phone by identifying their needs and presenting applicable products.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with both wholesale and retail clients.
- Accurately process sales transactions in compliance with company policies.
- Achieve sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Maintain accurate work order files and product formulas.
- Prepare products by tinting and mixing according to customer specifications.
- Organize shelves and create attractive displays to enhance product visibility.
- Keep store equipment clean and well-maintained.
- Assist in inventory management and contribute to maintaining stock levels.
- Stay informed about products and services offered by the company.
Minimum Requirements: - Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be authorized to work in the country without requiring sponsorship.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
- Must possess a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
- Ability to lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications: - High School diploma or GED.
