Join our dynamic team as a Bilingual Customer Service Associate, where your contributions are vital to the success of our retail operations. In this role, you will engage with both wholesale and retail customers, helping them identify their needs, answering inquiries about our Sherwin-Williams products, and recommending effective solutions. You will play a key role in resolving customer concerns promptly and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

Staying informed about product features and maintaining top-quality visual standards is essential. You will strive to deliver exceptional customer service while consistently achieving the store's sales goals.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
  • Assisting customers both in-person and over the phone to determine their needs and present suitable products and services.
  • Building trustworthy relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
  • Processing sales transactions accurately in line with company policies.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Maintaining accurate work order files and formulas.
  • Pulling products from the sales floor or warehouse as needed.
  • Mixing and tinting products to meet customer specifications.
  • Stocking shelves and setting up attractive displays.
  • Cleaning store equipment.
  • Loading and unloading delivery trucks.
  • Assisting in deliveries when necessary.
  • Keeping assigned areas in stock and visually appealing.
  • Staying knowledgeable about products and available options.
  • Complying with inventory control procedures.
  • Proposing innovative ideas to boost sales.
Work Location: Store , 30736 Highway 200, Ponderay, ID 83852

This is a full-time position, offering a starting pay of $16.91 per hour.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Authorized to work in the country without needing visa sponsorship.
  • Possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
  • Willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • At least one year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service position.
  • Experience in selling paint and paint-related products.
  • Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment.
  • Fluent in more than one language, preferably Spanish.
