As a Bilingual Customer Service Agent at Sherwin-Williams, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to both wholesale and retail customers. This is a PART-TIME position, and the selected candidate will work at Store , located at: 1420 S 500 W, Woods Cross, UT 84087.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
  • Assist customers in person and over the phone by understanding their needs and presenting suitable products.
  • Build and maintain trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
  • Accurately process sales transactions in line with company policies.
  • Achieve sales goals consistently on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Maintain organized work order files and records.
  • Prepare products to customer specifications, including tinting and mixing as needed.
  • Assist with store upkeep, including stocking shelves and setting up displays.
  • Adhere to inventory control procedures.
  • Suggest methods for improving sales performance.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
  • Legally authorized to work in the country without needing sponsorship.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in both English and Spanish.
  • Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
  • Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly and 70 lbs. on occasion.
  • Willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • One (1) year of experience in customer service, retail, or delivery.
  • Experience selling paint and related products.
  • Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment.
