Key Responsibilities - Efficiently process customer orders and inquiries within a collaborative call center using cutting-edge technology.
- Engage with customers through phone, email, and chat to address their needs.
- Guide customers in navigating Uline's website and online ordering system.
- Become a product and solutions expert. We'll provide you with the training to quickly and confidently answer questions about our products, pricing, and shipping.
Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we are eager to train the right candidates to deliver exceptional service.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, with fluency in both verbal and written communication.
